Phil Wilson - Lead Pastor

phil@thebridgefellowship.net

Phil was born and raised in East Tennessee, but then adventured to Texas to attend Southwestern Seminary and, fortunately, to meet Sharra, the love of his life. Phil believed that he would be a youth minister forever – but God called him to be a pastor and then a church planter. He loves to play golf and go to movies but most of his and Sharra’s time is spent attending their kids’ athletic events! Yes, he loves his kids and is depending on them to take care of him when he retires.

Gary Slayton - Lead Worshipper

gary@thebridgefellowship.net

Born and raised near historic Williamsburg, Virginia, Gary Slayton carries quite a musical history of his own as an accomplished artist, songwriter, guitarist, and worship leader. However, he’ll be the first to tell you that his greatest historical moment in life was when he discovered that Christianity was a relationship with God rather than a religion. Simply put, Gary’s passion is to convey, through his music, that God is a “real” God for “real” people with “real” lives and that the “real” fun in life begins when we decide to become a friend of the living God.

Josh Lindsey - Student Pastor

josh@thebridgefellowship.net

Josh was born and raised in Knoxville, TN where his blood turned from red to orange. Josh and his wife Brandi have lived in Lebanon, TN for almost five years and have been a part of the Bridge since September 2005. Josh and Brandi have four dogs and no kids (the dogs ate them, not really!) Josh has served in youth ministry for going on ten years and is excited about what God is doing and is going to do at The Bridge Fellowship.

Mary Stockard - Preschool & Children's Minister

mary@thebridgefellowship.net

Mary considers herself a native Nashvillian. There are no two guys she’d rather hang out with than her husband Jeff, and son Blake! Mary discovered that God often takes ordinary people and equips them to do His work while serving as a layperson at CrossRoads Community Church in Franklin where she was Children’s Pastor before coming to The Bridge. Mary’s desire is for kids to hear life-changing truth in relevant and fun ways as well as partner with parents as they try to raise their children in a crazy world!

Kelly Roberson - Systems Coordinator

kelly@thebridgefellowship.net

Kelly was born and raised in Owensboro, KY, which boasts itself in being the “Bar-B-Q & Burgoo Capital of the World!” She and husband Jason, live in Lebanon and currently have not expanded their “clan”… yet… (but did raise a pretty bountiful garden this summer, in spite of the drought!). They served over four years in full time ministry with Campus Outreach, a collegiate ministry reaching college campuses all over the world! Kelly’s job is to keep the everyone organized and help the various ministries operate smoothly and efficiently. The Robersons also lead our Life Group Ministry.
