Lead Pastor - Phil Wilson

Phil was born in Maryville, TN (pronounced "Murvul"). He graduated from Maryville High School, East Tennessee State University, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Each graduation was celebrated for weeks on end because the whole family deemed it as one of God's greatest miracles. He and his wife, Sharra, who have been married 25 years, have four great kids: Daria (Goose), Isaac (Chief), Elijah (Big E), & SaraGrace (Boo). In Phil's spare time, he enjoys golf, movies, and watching football.
Worship Pastor - Josh Hucks

Josh lives in Lebanon, Tennessee with his wife Allison. He has been leading worship for over 10 years for all ages within the church. He has a strong passion for believers singing together in song to their Savior. He loves music, guitars, reading, tennis, golf, and is an avid movie watcher.
Connections Director - Kelly Roberson

Kelly has had one foot in KY & one foot in TN her whole life before finally settling down with her husband from East TN, Jason. Kelly studied Organizational Communication at Murray State University and spent several years working as the Women's Director with Campus Outreach, a collegiate missions organization working with college students throughout the world. Kelly has been on staff with us since August 2007, and has a heart and passion for discipleship and Small Groups- connecting people into the "body of Christ." Kelly and Jason just welcomed their first son Benjamin Thomas in October 2011, and are settling into the newness and joys of parenting!
Communications Director - Sharra Wilson

Pastor Phil had to move to Texas to meet "the girl of his dreams!" Little did Sharra know what an incredible adventure they were beginning. Phil and Sharra have been married over 25 years and at The Bridge, she directs communication and adminsters the database. Aside from The Bridge, her life consists of watching volleyball games, track meets, theater, and wedding planning - and if she can ever find the time - quilt.
Family Development Minister - Mary Stockard

Mary considers herself a native Nashvillian. She enjoys spending time with the two men in her life - her husband Jeff and son Blake. Jeff and Mary enjoy eating out now that Blake is in college. Blake attends Eastern University outside of Philadelphia, PA. Mary has been know to climb 60 ft trees, fly down zip lines, and be doused by a fire truck with our Bridge kids at camp. In her spare time she loves to read, especially at the beach!
Assistant to the Pastor - Tara Hinesley

Tara is originally from Woodbridge, Virginia. Her family relocated to Mt. Juliet in December 2008. Tara came to know Christ at The Bridge. Pastor Phil baptized her on Easter Sunday 2008. It has been amazing to see the Lord work in her life since becoming a believer. She now works as an assistant to Pastor Phil. When she is not busy keeping track of Pastor Phil's schedule, she loves spending time with her husband, Coley and her two beautiful children, Gracyn and Sutton. Coley and Tara's third baby will arrive in December.
Associate Pastor & High School Minister - Jim Johnston
Jim serves part-time as the Associate Pastor & High School Minister for The Bridge Fellowship.He has great devotion and passion for Tammy, his better half of 26 years and for his sons, Spenser, 20 and Ethan, 13. Jim's day job is the manager of digital publishing development at LifeWay Christian Resources, where he has also worked in business development, marketing, web development and publishing during his 16 years there. Prior to coming to LifeWay, he worked for a missions agency and for 10 years as the sports editor of Alabama's capital city newspaper, where he wrote about Alabama and Auburn football for a living. He also played semi-pro baseball for the Tupelo Tigers for $10 a game (plus gas money) and unsuccessfully attended a tryout camp for the New York Mets. Jim and Tammy are graduates of the University of Southern Mississippi, so don't say anything derogatory about Brett Favre when you're around them.Jim loves teenagers, teaching the Bible, baseball, bicycling, and anything that involves competition.

Middle School Director - Daria Wilson
Daria graduated from King College in Bristol, Tennessee with a degree in Communications and Youth Ministry. After she graduated, she was accepted as the Marketing Intern at International Justice Mission (IJM) Headquarters. IJM is a human rights organization that secures justice for victims of violent oppression all over the world. In July 2010, she was deployed to Manila, Philippines as the Communications Intern at IJM Manila and remained there for eight months. She witnessed the rescue of young girls and boys from sex trafficking. Daria came on staff at The Bridge Fellowship in May 2011. She is getting married in April 2012 to Matt Hopper, who will definitely be her better half.
